Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, we're no longer able to cancel it.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If you find an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and make it right.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
